Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
When you make a booking, we collect the following personal information:
- Full name (representative)
- Email address
- WhatsApp number
- Instagram ID (optional)
- Hotel / pickup location
- Booking details (tour, date, number of participants, add-ons)
Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To confirm and manage your booking
- To send booking confirmation and reminder emails
- To coordinate pickup and tour logistics
- To contact you regarding your booking via email or WhatsApp
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never accessible to us.
4. Data Retention
Booking records are retained for up to 2 years for operational and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@jdmrun.com.
5. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe using industry-standard PCI DSS compliance. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed upon successful payment via Stripe. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Bookings are subject to availability and operator approval.
2. Cancellation by Customer
You can cancel your booking at any time via the Manage Booking link included in your confirmation email. The following refund policy applies:

| 7 or more days before tour date | 100% |
| 3–6 days before tour date | 50% |
| Less than 3 days before tour date | No refund |
| No-show on tour day | No refund |
Refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
3. Cancellation by JDM Run
In the event that JDM Run must cancel a tour due to circumstances within our control (e.g., vehicle issues, operator unavailability), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
In the event of cancellation due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, we will make every effort to reschedule. Refunds in such cases are at our discretion.
4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days before the original tour date and are subject to availability. Please contact us at info@jdmrun.com.
5. Participant Requirements
- All participants must comply with the safety briefing provided before the tour
- Participants must be in a physical condition suitable for the experience
- JDM Run reserves the right to refuse service to participants who appear intoxicated or pose a safety risk
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and are subject to individual assessment
6. Liability
JDM Run operates with full insurance coverage. However, participants join tours at their own risk. We are not liable for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or other damages arising from participation in our tours, except where required by applicable law.
